Return and Exchange policy

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our first priority at Bokitta Hijab. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if customers are not satisfied with their purchase. Our items are carefully inspected by the QC team before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

RETURN POLICY

We do not provide refunds but we will compensate with store credit instead. 

If there are any price difference, the customer have to pay the difference and if there are difference (eg: cheaper on product exchange compare to the purchase) the difference will be not be refunded to the customer.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

You can only change for another product within 7 days of receiving the good provided if it is UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED together with the Original Receipt.

Buyer will bear the cost of delivery, returns and taxes if applicable. Any product that you want to change for is subject of availability.  You must contact us within 3 days after receive the goods and return the items within 7 days of receiving the item

However, customers are advised to notify us at admin@bokittahijab.com or contact us at +603- 6143 4147 by quoting the order number and the product details. 

ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

For online transactions, if the payment was failed and yet it was deducted from your account you are advise to contact your Bank or Credit Card provider. If it's then due to customer's fault, we will only credit as your credit store only.
